This fall those who live in or near Pennsylvania can begin to take classes in blackjack and poker. The Luzerne County Community College is going to be offering the courses this fall which will train students in the art of dealing cards. Since the casinos in the state now offer table games they are eventually going to need more dealers as they expand. So this would explain why the college is going to be offering the classes. The course for blackjack costs $1000 and students will have to take 120 hours of classes in five weeks to become a dealer.
Students will learn the rules of blackjack as well as strategy and they will learn how to be a proper dealer. Students will have many opportunities to gain employment after earning their certification since neighboring states offer table games as well.
