Maryland Live! Is the new casino which has been under construction for some time now. Casino operators have now announced that the new casino will open this June on the 6th at 10pm. The casino will be ready to go live on this date and players can check out the casino has to offer via their new site Myliveonlinecasino.The new site has now gone live and will let player learn how to play the many games the casino will offer as well as sign up for the rewards program. The casino is located in Anne Arundel County at the Arundel Mills Mall. The casino will have a Las Vegas style gaming options with such games as craps, blackjack, mini baccarat, roulette, pai gow poker and a ton of slot gaming choices.
The casino will also have a large amount of restaurant choices from Bobby’s Burger Palace to the Cheesecake Factory. Starting in July, the casino will open the Rams Head Center Stage which will offer nightly entertainment.
Joe Weinberg the managing partner of The Cordish Companies commented on the opening by stating: “Maryland Live! Casino is a world-class facility that will bring a new level of entertainment to the gaming industry. In the first phase alone, Maryland Live! Will be more than twice as large as any existing property in Maryland and one of the largest casinos in the country. Upon completion the full facility will represent the third largest commercial casino in the United States.”
When the casino first came under construction it was a $500 million investment. The project is one of the largest to ever take place in Maryland and began in January 2011. The tax revenues from the casino will go toward local schools which will make it the largest annual provider of revenue for children in the state.
