Last month, a referendum was passed which allows table games in the county. Blackjack, craps, poker and other table games are now allowed in the county so the casino needs to hire dealers to work the new games. such employment opportunities as card dealers and table game supervisors are up for grabs.
Starting in Spring 2012, the casino will be setting up fourteen table games which will include the blackjack, poker, craps and other table games. the casino will be hiring exactly eighty nine people and hopefully in the future more job opportunities will arise.
The new games will pay $4 million in salaries and benefits so there is no doubt that many people will be attending the job fair to try to be hired for one of the positions. Both card dealers and supervisors make good wages so the positions will not only benefit those working but they will also benefit the state as more gaming opportunities will bring in more revenues.
