Chris Tucker is a comedian/actor who is famous for his role as Smokey in the ‘Friday’ movies as well as his part in the Jackie Chan movies Rush Hour. Tucker has been out of the limelight for a few years now and it appears as though he has a gambling and drug problem.Casino Gambling News recently reported that Tucker has been suffering from many problems over the past few years including gambling and drug addictions. Friends of the actor have said he has been doing drugs and goes on wild gambling sprees.
Tucker reportedly went on a wild casino spree, spending seventy hours inside a casino where he suddenly became confused. According to witnesses, Tucker was sitting at the blackjack table, playing a high limit game of twenty one, when he became confused. Apparently, Tucker thought he was sitting at the poker table, which is a totally different casino game.
On top of the drug and gambling accusations, Tucker is also suffering financially. The actor had a lean of $11.5 million placed on his assets by the IRS after he did not pay taxes on the tens of millions of dollars he earned for his part in the Rush Hour movies.
Tucker owns a large home in Florida which is now being foreclosed on as he owes millions on it and cannot pay the debt. Apparently the actor has hit rock bottom and hopefully someone will be able to get through to him. It is unclear how Tucker has funds to gamble at the high limit blackjack tables but apparently he has some form of cash left. Once he loses his home, maybe it will be the wakeup call he needs to turn his life around.
