Just a few months ago news leaked of a blackjack player earning millions of dollars from the Tropicana Casino and Resort in Atlantic City. Now it has been released that a second gambler has hit the big time by playing the blackjack tables at the casino.The man’s identity remains a mystery but we do know he was able to win $5.3 million after he played blackjack, craps and mini-baccarat at the Atlantic City Casino. He was so happy with the win that he reportedly decided to leave a large tip of $150,000 to be split among the table dealers.
In an interview with the Associated Press, Tony Rodio the president and CEO of the Tropicana commented on the wins by stating: “That’s just how it goes sometimes; if you bet more, you can win more. We have a strategy of offering the most aggressive and highest table games limits in the Atlantic City market and we’re not going to change that. If someone wants to take the shot, we’ll take the action.”
The news of this recent win is just amazing! It comes just a few months after Don Johnson was able to earn $6 million from the Tropicana, not to mention the millions he took from two other casinos.
Apparently the two men know how to gamble or luck was just in the right place for these two! Either way the Tropicana is down quite a bit of money and will have to be able to make up the difference somehow. They are not used to losing this much cash in such a short period of time!
